Programs
After School Program
Our after school program is for children school age through age 12. We provide transportation from many local schools to our facility. This program is much more than fun and games. We believe every family has busy schedules and to alleviate hectic afternoon stresses we will provide a healthy after school snack, homework support, and study time at our center as well as free time for play, exercise, and socialization. Your child will benefit from this program and gain confidence in school with the support of our computer lab, certified teacher, and quality staff.
Before School Program
Our before school program is designed especially for parents who have to get an early start in the mornings. This program includes a nutritious breakfast, and transportation to local elementary schools. We will ensure that your child gets a jump start on his/her day by eating a nutritious breakfast and getting to school on time.
VPK
(Coming in the fall - 2010)
The VPK (Voluntary Pre Kindergarten) program is state funded and available for children who are four years old by September 1. The program is from 8:30 to 11:30 daily. Wrap-around care is available. Working through the Early Learning Coalition and following state developed standards, our certified teachers will provide stimulating lessons to prepare your child for Kindergarten.
Summer Program
Our summer program begins in June and focuses on our four year olds and school age children. This program consists of educational and fun field trips away from the center as well as activities at the center. Some of our field trips include swimming, bowling, and skating in town. We are also planning away field trips that include the Alhambra dinner theater and M.O.S.H in Jacksonville. Some activites we are planning at the center are a dinosour dig, splash days, arts and crafts, and much more.
